Yes. You can Call/ Whatsapp our customer care number +97155 726 3337 anytime between 10AM to 8PM, (GMT +4 - UAE Time). Alternatively, you can drop us an email at email@example.com with your contact & delivery information and we will process your order.
Is it secure to shop online?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption so that your personal information cannot be read by any external entity as it passes over the internet. Also note that, we do NOT store your Credit / Debit card information. All credit cards are processed directly at PayTabs.com – one of the Middle East’s largest online payment solution provider.
Where can GiftBag.ae deliver?
Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. With the exception of certain products like certain cakes as specified are available for delivery in Dubai only. Feel free to check with us or on the product page if a certain product is available in your area of delivery.
When can GiftBag.ae deliver & for how much?
We have 3 delivery slots available to suit your convenience:
Normal Delivery - Delivery will be scheduled any time between 10AM to 10PM and will be charged at 30 AED.
Priority Delivery - Delivery will be scheduled between 10AM to 5PM and will be charged at 50 AED.
Midnight Delivery - Delivery will be scheduled between 11.30PM to 12.30AM and will be charged at 100 AED. Please note that this option is available for selected areas of Dubai only and subject to availability.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. You must notify us by a call on +97155 726 3337 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
I don’t like the product I have received, can I return it?
A product can only be returned within 3 days of delivery if the below conditions are true:
The quality of the product is not as mentioned on the website
The product is received partially damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect
The product should be in its original packaging & in fully re-saleable condition.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
