Can I order by phone?

Is it secure to shop online?

Yes, completely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your personal data. We do not store any credit or debit card information — all payments are processed securely through Stripe or CC AVENUE, some of the Middle East’s leading online payment providers. You can shop with full confidence.

Where can GiftBag.ae deliver?

We currently deliver gifts across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain — within city limits. Please note that certain areas in Dubai such as Jebel Ali Free Zone, DIP 2, Dubai South, and Damac Hills 2 are outside our delivery zone. Some products — including select cakes and balloons — are available for Dubai delivery only. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, feel free to check the product page or contact us before placing your order.

When can GiftBag.ae deliver & for how much?

We offer three delivery options to suit your schedule:

  • Standard Dubai Delivery (10am–10pm) — AED 40. Available across Dubai city limits (certain remote areas excluded).
  • Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman) — AED 50. Delivery between 5pm–10pm, city limits only.
  • Midnight Delivery — AED 100. Scheduled between 11:30PM–12:30AM, available in selected Dubai areas, subject to availability.

Does Giftbag.ae offer Same Day Delivery?

Yes! We offer same day gift delivery for select products within Dubai city limits only. Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 hours during our 10am–10pm delivery window. If we’re unable to fulfil your same day order due to availability, our team will contact you promptly to arrange a replacement or full refund. Explore our same day delivery gifts collection.

Can I change an order I’ve just placed?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t gone into production or been dispatched, we can make changes. Just call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible on +971 56 6309853 and our team will be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they go into production or leave for delivery. To cancel, call us on +971 56 6309853 or email info@giftbag.ae. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are not available for edible, perishable, or customised products. For other items, returns are accepted on the same day of delivery if the product quality does not match what’s shown on the website, if the item arrives partially damaged or with a manufacturing defect, and if the product is in its original, undamaged packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. Items not meeting these conditions may result in a partial or refused refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods for a smooth checkout experience: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and processed through Stripe or CC Avenue.

What if my delivery is delayed?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete delivery address and a working local mobile number for the recipient. Without these details, delivery cannot be attempted. If your item isn’t ready by your chosen date or faces any unforeseen delay, our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp with an updated delivery date. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.
